2. Services

We provide shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, domain registration, email hosting, website development, and related digital services as described on our website and in your order confirmation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your contact and billing information accurate and up to date.

4. Billing & Renewals

Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, services renew automatically at the then-current price. Suspension or termination may occur for non-payment after applicable grace periods.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability across our infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. See our SLA for uptime commitments.

6. Acceptable Use

Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS Technologies Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including loss of data or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time from your client dashboard. We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
